Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist No Call | Daytime Schedule
Location: Coastal New Jersey
Assignment Type: Locum Tenens

Opportunity Overview:
A well-established New Jersey hospital is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a short-term locum tenens assignment starting in January, with the opportunity to extend. This position offers a predictable daytime schedule , manageable case volume, and no call responsibilities .
Schedule & Coverage:
- 4 days per week
- 10-hour daytime shifts
- Hours: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Guaranteed hours
- No overnight call
Clinical Scope:
- Community-based anesthesia practice
- Case mix includes:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Pediatric Dental
- No trauma
- No cardiac or neuro cases
- Average volume: <150 cases per month
Practice Environment
- Physician-only anesthesia model
- No CRNAs
- Solo attending coverage
- Supportive hospital staff
- Modern OR environment
Technology:
- EPIC EMR
Requirements:
- Board Certified Anesthesiologist
- Active or eligible for New Jersey licensure
- Ability to start in January
