Use Sprout Social to schedule, monitor, and adjust content for optimal reach and engagement. Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. Respond promptly to comments and messages, ensuring positive audience interactions. Monitor social sentiment and report community feedback through HubSpot dashboards. Launch and track paid social media campaigns using Sprout Social and HubSpot integration. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with overall event promotions and brand initiatives. Generate detailed reports using Sprout Social and HubSpot, analyzing metrics like engagement, CTR, and ROI. Present data-driven recommendations to optimize future strategies. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity. Propose creative strategies to capitalize on industry trends. Required Skills Advanced knowledge of HubSpot for campaign planning and analytics. Proficiency in Asana for task and project management. Expertise with Sprout Social for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Strong creative and analytical abilities.
