About the Role: As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department, ensuring that our residents receive comprehensive and effective rehabilitation services. Your expertise will focus on developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, supervising staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Your exceptional leadership skills will also enable you to manage department budgets, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive work environment.
