Community Association Manager

Note that although this position is remote, applicants must currently be residing on Maui in order to meet the working requirements of this position. Position Community Association Manager Location Kailua Kona, HI (Onsite) Pay $33.65/hr Experience Prior experience in property management, community association management, or as a board member strongly preferred Must have knowledge of homeowner/condominium associations, governing documents, and board operations Type Full-time; Contract Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned associations and their board members Oversee the implementation and enforcement of house rules, bylaws, and governing documents Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and provide follow-up communication Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure quality service Assist in preparing and managing association budgets and financial reports in coordination with accounting teams Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with state laws, insurance requirements, and community standards Conduct regular property inspections and maintain detailed documentation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Professional development and training support Paid holidays and PTO Health insurance and retirement benefits (if applicable) Position Requirements Personal reliable office equipment is required CAM license or willingness to obtain one Strong administrative and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, etc.) We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affa…inclusion, and a veteran rate employee.
