Client Service Associate

Job Description

Our client is an independent RIA in Greenwich, CT serving high-net-worth individuals and families. They are hiring a Client Service Associate to support the advisory team on account operations and day-to-day client requests. This is an operations-heavy seat with direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Open, title, and maintain accounts with custodians; manage ACATs and transfers
\n
• Process contributions, distributions, RMDs, wires, journals, and cash management requests
\n
• Act as a first point of contact for client inquiries and follow-up items
\n
• Maintain CRM records, client documentation, and data integrity
\n
• Prepare paperwork and materials for client meetings; handle post-meeting workflow
\n
• Support quarterly billing, performance reporting, and account reconciliation
\n
• Assist with compliance items including KYC/AML documentation and books-and-records upkeep
\n

Requirements

\n
• 3+ years in client service or operations at an RIA, wealth management firm, or custodian
\n
• Series 7 and 65/66 license required.
\n
• Hands-on experience with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing)
\n
• Working knowledge of portfolio management and CRM systems (Orion, Addepar, Black Diamond, Tamarac, Salesforce, Redtail, or similar)
\n
• Familiarity with individual, joint, trust, IRA, and entity account types
\n
• High attention to detail and comfort managing a high volume of service requests
\n
