Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager - CPU/Silicon
Oracle Corporation
Oracle is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing strategy for CPUs, silicon-based products, and emerging technologies supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and on-premises platforms.
This highly visible role will manage strategic supplier relationships across critical infrastructure categories where cost, capacity, technology roadmaps, and continuity of supply are essential to Oracle's growth. You will lead commercial negotiations, develop pricing and sourcing strategies, support long-term capacity planning, and drive initiatives that strengthen supply-chain resiliency and supplier performance.
Working closely with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and business leadership, you will translate technical and business requirements into executable supplier strategies. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment and influencing decisions across Oracle and its strategic supplier ecosystem.
