Warehouse/Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, customer relationships, and financial performance for our food manufacturing facility. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work cross-functionally with accounting, production, and sales teams while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

salary: $70,000 - $94,999.98 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, shipping, and receiving.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, scheduling, and performance.
• Partner with Accounting on budgeting, cost controls, inventory reporting, and P&L management.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse, operations, or supply chain management experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience managing budgets, operational expenses, and P&L performance.
• strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
• bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
