With a talented team of 25 dedicated staff members — including 4 licensed RVTs — we work together to deliver compassionate, honest, gold standard veterinary care. Each doctor is supported by two assistants/RVTs during appointments and a two-tech surgery team (one RVT + one assistant) to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care. With 15 exam rooms, this lighthearted team gets along well, collaborates and supports each other both on a personal and professional level. Who We’re Looking For A veterinarian who is: Genuinely invested in pets and their people An excellent communicator Excited about collaboration and a supportive team culture Interested in exotics, pocket pets, rabbits, or reptiles (a plus, not a must!) What We Offer Minimum $120,000 base salary (DOE) + production incentives. Experienced Doctors could see close to $200k annually.
