Location: Florence, KY

Starting Rate: $21.20/hour

Schedules: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am

The role

Working with guidance from a Production Supervisor and Shift Leads, you’ll run a bag converting line to produce printed, functional paper bags that meet stringent quality standards. Your work includes setup, operation, print adjustment, quality verification, documentation, and housekeeping—with food safety and GMP’s at the forefront.

What you’ll handle

• Set up and operate bag machines and supporting equipment to convert paper stock into finished bags.
• Review and verify line orders/dockets; ensure all printing requirements align with job specifications.
• Load paper rolls; set up size/format and make precise adjustments.
• Mount cylinders; set pressures and tensions; adjust ink distribution for consistent, high-quality print.
• Troubleshoot stoppages and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Run and record quality checks throughout production.
• Maintain responsibility for food safety and GMP’s.
• Complete daily production paperwork and keep the work area clean and safe.

What it takes

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with 12-hour rotating day/night shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete training courses assigned by management.
• Reliability, mechanical aptitude, and a quality-first mindset.
