Job Title: CT Technologist
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Weekend Night Shift
Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $60 – $77/hour (Depending on Experience)
Position Overview"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a weekend-only night shift assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong CT imaging experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform CT imaging procedures according to established protocols.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images using appropriate imaging techniques.
Perform daily quality control and equipment calibration checks.
Administer contrast materials and radiopharmaceuticals as ordered.
Follow radiation safety standards and ALARA principles.
Complete departmental documentation, logs, and reports.
Maintain imaging records for radiologist interpretation.
Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
Troubleshoot and report equipment issues.
Ensure compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent patient care and communication.
New York State Licensed Radiologic Technologist (L.R.T.)
ARRT Certification
ARRT (CT) Certification
Current BLS Certification
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience.
Experience in acute care or diagnostic imaging settings.
Knowledge of radiation safety standards and ALARA principles.
Experience with quality assurance and quality control procedures.
