MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected healthcare provider in North Alabama to find a skilled and dedicated Angiography Technologist to join their dynamic team.
Job Description:
As an Angiography Technologist, you will perform specialized radiologic procedures, focusing primarily on angiography. Your role involves working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and efficient diagnostic imaging services. You will use advanced imaging technologies and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Perform angiography procedures using the latest medical imaging equipment.
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Monitor patients during procedures and assist the medical team as required.
- Maintain and operate angiography equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for use.
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures for radiologic imaging, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to procedures performed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate accredited radiology program.
- Require ARRT Licensure within 1 year of hire.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
