Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - South Eliot, ME
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic with excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the joy of over-the-road driving while maintaining a reliable schedule that gets you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control.
- Take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations.
- Minimal physical labor required, allowing you to concentrate on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay of $12/hour after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Covering routes in Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
- All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
