We have an exciting remote work opportunity for a Commercial Engines Program Finance Manager to be part of the Advanced Commercial Engines (ACEP) and 24K program finance team!

This position will have a strong focus on the ACEP side of the business responsible for project management, reporting and E&D. The position will also be heavily involved in the aftermarket cash deliverables for the 24K program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ACEP project management including contract accounting, customer invoicing, vendor payments, capital acquisition, government reporting (CDRLs), and contract closeouts.
• Support ACEP closing, forecasting and long-range plan (LRP) activities for E&D, Experimental Sales/COS, and capital.
• Perform balance sheet forecasting and analysis requirements for the monthly closing, MML and LRP, primary focus on aftermarket cash.
• Support OEM team with actuals, forecasting and program requests.
• Drive process improvements and automation of key deliverables.
• Support various ad-hoc ACEP / 24K projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 8+ years of experience in finance; OR an advanced degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of experience in finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, SAP.
• Sound analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal.
• Effective time management skills.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
