WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Helping lead and guide a team of 2–4 professional cleaners
• Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms — all supplies provided
• Checking homes at the end of each clean to make sure it meets our standards
• Encouraging team members and helping them grow
• Communicating with your manager to ensure each day runs smoothly

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Do you have past experience leading, supervising or coaching a team?
• Do you have a positive attitude and great work ethic?
• Can you work at a fast pace (stairs, bending, lifting) and stay upbeat?
• Do you have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record?
• Are you willing to pass a background check and drug screen?
