IT Service Desk Analyst II Customer Care & Incident Resolver

Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH seeks an IS Customer Service Analyst 2 for a fully on-site role. You will respond to IT issues by phone, email, or in person, escalate where needed, and coordinate with tier 3 resources to resolve incidents efficiently.
