ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1990 and has grown into a team of five who are passionate about serving our customers and community. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in education, which helped shape my leadership style and passion for mentoring and developing others.

I’m a second-generation State Farm agent and hold a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a master’s degree from Georgetown College. I’m honored to have received the Henrietta Cleveland Inspiring Women Award. Giving back to the community is incredibly important to me, and I stay actively involved through the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Foundation Committee, Williamstown Kiwanis, ACS Relay for Life, and as President of the Grant County High School Alumni Association.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Carolyn Thomas-Thompson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
