Facilities Supervisor

- Keep the facility operating safe, efficient, and production-ready
- Lead troubleshooting across:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Building systems
- Drive and improve preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee repairs, installs, construction projects, and upgrades
- Manage workflows using maintenance systems — focus on priorities that matter
- Coordinate vendors and internal resources to deliver consistent results
You won’t just manage work—you’ll set the standard for how the facility operates .
Leadership Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of technicians and janitorial staff
- Assign and prioritize work based on skill, urgency, and business needs
- Establish expectations for quality, accountability, and safety
- Build a team that operates with consistency and professionalism
- 5+ years leading facilities in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical experience across:
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing and piping
- HVAC operations
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Experience with maintenance software and Microsoft Office
- DI Water Systems, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications
- Experience with building automation or controls
- Construction or facility upgrade experience
- A track record of improving systems—not just maintaining them

This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
