Facilities Supervisor

• Keep the facility operating safe, efficient, and production-ready
• Lead troubleshooting across:
  • Mechanical
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC
  • Building systems
• Drive and improve preventive maintenance programs
• Oversee repairs, installs, construction projects, and upgrades
• Manage workflows using maintenance systems — focus on priorities that matter
• Coordinate vendors and internal resources to deliver consistent results

You won’t just manage work—you’ll set the standard for how the facility operates .

• Lead and develop a team of technicians and janitorial staff
• Assign and prioritize work based on skill, urgency, and business needs
• Establish expectations for quality, accountability, and safety
• Build a team that operates with consistency and professionalism

• 5+ years leading facilities in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical experience across:
  • Mechanical systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Plumbing and piping
  • HVAC operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills
• Experience with maintenance software and Microsoft Office

• DI Water Systems, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications
• Experience with building automation or controls
• Construction or facility upgrade experience
• A track record of improving systems—not just maintaining them

This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mesa,AZ.
