About the Role:
Join K&K Healthcare Systems Inc as a Home Aide, CNA, or PCA and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Jonesboro, GA. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises to enhance their well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and security.
Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental health.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare staff.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
Requirements:
Current certification as a CNA or PCA is preferred.
Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols.
Must pass background checks and health screenings as required.
