This is a W-2 position with an Amazon Freight Partner. You will not be employed by Amazon.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Starting Pay: $23.00–$24.00 per hour
2. Average Annual Earnings: $58,000–$65,000+ (based on hours worked and available overtime)

Most routes include one overnight in the sleeper tractor before returning home. Our predictable schedule allows you to enjoy a better work-life balance while providing steady, dependable miles.

What You'll Do

1. Safely operate late-model Amazon-branded sleeper tractors
2. Haul 100% dedicated, no-touch Amazon freight
3. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
4. Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Amazon Relay, and company safety requirements
5. Deliver freight safely, professionally, and on time
6. Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations to ensure efficient deliveries
7. Maintain a professional attitude while representing AJR Logistics

Qualifications

1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2. Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
3. Meet all Amazon Freight Partner eligibility requirements
4. Pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and background check
5. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no current CDL suspension or revocation
6. Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, electronic logging devices (ELDs), and Amazon Relay technology
7. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
