The Opportunity

Summit Roofing is a profitable roofing repair company in the Atlanta metro. Roof repair, skylight repair, 24/7 emergency tarping. We make money. We haven't hit our ceiling.

Right now scheduling is reactive, dispatch runs on memory, and the systems are duct tape. No SOPs. No KPI tracking. If you've turned around an operation before, you know what that is: room to run.

You'll own operations end to end: scheduling and dispatch, job costing, crew accountability, CRM and reporting, hiring and coaching. No capital required. No personal guarantee.

The Deal

$65K base. Real income from day one.

On top of that, a monthly profit share, triggered the second we hit 10% net income. No vesting cliffs. No "someday." You build the systems, the margin shows up, you get paid on it. Every month. Like an owner.

What Winning Looks Like

Six months in:

• Scheduling and dispatch run on a system, not on memory
• Jobs get booked, dispatched, and closed without three phone calls and a prayer
• KPIs are tracked weekly and net income is climbing toward that 10% line
• The business runs without one person holding it together
• Crews and customers trust you when something needs to get done

You're not managing a job board. You're building the operating system this company runs on.

What You Bring

• General manager or operations management experience
• P&L and budget ownership
• Process improvement experience (SOPs, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
• CRM or job management software experience (Salesforce, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Housecall Pro, or similar)
• Experience hiring, training, and coaching a team
• Vendor and supplier negotiation
• Bonus: roofing, construction, or field service background
• Bonus: you've tried to start or run something of your own

You Are NOT a Fit If:

• You need a big-company budget and a big-company base to get started
• You've followed a process but never built or fixed one
• You want stability more than upside
• You think "that's not my job" is a real sentence
• You need someone to tell you what to do every morning
