Warehouse Associate

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll not only handle the ebb and flow of products as they enter and leave the facility, but you'll dive into the world of inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is for our branch located at 32400 Central Ave, Union City, CA 94587.

Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm 10 - 28 hours/week

Overview

You'll manage and maintain branch inventory, receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory. You'll make local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.

Required Position Qualifications

You must be 18 years of age or older, possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, and meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed. You should have proficient written and oral communication skills, proficient computer skills, and the ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities, be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented, demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency, work independently as well as in a team environment, and demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork. You should be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs, and pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).

Preferred Position Qualifications

Previous experience receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory.
