Responsibilities Help patients get well by assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. Act as a teacher, training patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Deliver physical therapy services in various settings: skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home‑based care. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Must possess a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or, a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or, a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
