Marketing Specialist

Coia Sales — Ravenna and Wellington, Ohio Coia Sales, a growing turf, agricultural, and construction equipment dealership, is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand, promote our products and services, and connect with customers across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can create engaging content, manage marketing campaigns, and showcase equipment in a professional and approachable way. Responsibilities Create content for Facebook, Instagram, the company website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels Photograph and film new and used equipment, customer deliveries, dealership events, and promotions Design advertisements, sales flyers, product graphics, signage, and promotional materials Develop and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule Write clear, engaging copy for equipment listings, advertisements, and company announcements Promote the dealership’s sales, parts, service, and rental departments Update website content and online equipment listings Coordinate promotions with dealership management and manufacturer representatives Help plan and promote open houses, trade shows, fairs, and community events Monitor campaign performance and recommend ways to improve customer engagement Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials Qualifications Experience in marketing, social media, communications, graphic design, or a related field preferred Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Canva, email marketing, and basic website management Photography and video-editing experience is a plus Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects Comfortable working independently and collaborating with different departments Interest in agricultural, construction, turf, or outdoor power equipment is helpful Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience A varied, hands-on marketing role Opportunities to develop creative campaigns and grow the Coia Sales brand A supportive, team-oriented work environment The chance to work with leading equipment brands and serve customers throughout the local community Join the Coia Sales team and help tell our story, promote our equipment, and grow our connection with customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
