You will be the face of our craftsmanship—handling high‑quality installations, diagnostic troubleshooting, and electrical repairs while mentoring the next generation of apprentices on the job. Key Responsibilities Execute High‑End Craftsmanship: Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems, fixtures, and control equipment to impeccable standards. Lead by Example: Maintain a pristine, safe, and highly organized work environment on every job site. Problem Solve: Read blueprints, sketches, and plans to accurately map out electrical requirements and material needs. Drive Value: Provide accurate bids for work orders and interact with homeowners, suppliers, and builders with absolute professionalism. Mentor: Take pride in training and developing apprentices on‑site to maintain the Plugz standard. Qualifications Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License (Required) Proven Residential Field Experience with strong technical troubleshooting skills. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Physical Stamina: Ability to navigate residential job sites, stand for long periods, and lift heavy equipment/materials.
