Job Summary The Advanced Practice Provider (Float) works to support the mission and vision of DAP Health by providing excellent patient-centered care and services within a dynamic team environment. This role will provide direct healthcare services to patients under the direction and responsibility of our team of Physicians. New Hire Bonus: We are pleased to offer a new hire bonus of $10,000 for this position. QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities Visual acuity and manual dexterity to interface with the computer and perform medical procedures as indicated Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of individuals both internally and externally Maintain CMEs/CEUs required for licensure Education and Experience Master's degree from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program required Valid CA Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification required Valid CA DEA license required (NP requirements) Degree in Nursing Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner Licensed to practice as a CA Nurse Practitioner and currently registered as a Registered Nurse in the State of California Certified by ANCC or AANP Valid BLS certification obtained through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross upon hire Experience working: For a non-profit organization or clinic preferred With Epic preferred o In a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) preferred With the LGBTQ and Transgender populations preferred With the homeless population preferred With HIV+ persons preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred (PA requirements) Current State of California Physician Assistant License Current valid Federal Controlled Substance Registration Certificate Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Physician Assistant Valid BLS certification obtained through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross upon hire Working Conditions/Physical Requirements This position is on-site at a DAP Health clinic This job operates in an office setting and requires frequent times of sitting, standing, repetitive motion, and talking Requires current and valid driver's license and current personal auto insurance Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move from place to place Ensures compliance with policies and procedures related to safe work practices Available for all shifts and, when required, able to work evenings and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
