GENERAL MEDICAL ONCOLOGIST - PRIMARILY GI Long-Term Outpatient Locums Opportunity Massachusetts Start: ASAP Assignment: 1 year with possibility to extend Schedule: 40 hours/week 4 days/week Setting: Outpatient Oncology License: Active Massachusetts license required OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a General Medical Oncologist with primarily GI oncology experience for a long-term outpatient locums opportunity in Massachusetts. This is a 1.0 FTE position offering a consistent 4-day-per-week schedule , with the potential to extend beyond the initial 1-year commitment. Local candidates are preferred , but travel candidates are welcome if they can commit to a consistent schedule. SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS 40 hours/week 4 days/week 8 clinic sessions Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM The ideal provider will cover all 4 days across both locations: Fitchburg, MA - Health Alliance, Burbank Campus Simonds-Sinon Regional Cancer Center 2 days/week 4 clinic sessions Worcester, MA - UMass Medical Cancer Center University Campus 2 days/week 4 clinic sessions Flexible Coverage: Providers who are only available 2 days/week at one location may also be considered. CLINICAL DETAILS 10-16 patients/day General Medical Oncology with primarily GI oncology Epic EMR APP support RN Navigator support Director and Clinic Manager on site Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred REQUIREMENTS Active Massachusetts medical license - REQUIRED Hematology/Oncology fellowship - REQUIRED DEA - Required CSR - Required Ability to commit to a consistent schedule WHY CONSIDER THIS OPPORTUNITY?
