Descripción del PuestoComo Especialista de Limpieza Nocturna para Estudios de Fitness, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el mantenimiento de la limpieza, el orden y la excelente presentación de estudios boutique de fitness en distintas ubicaciones de la zona. Esta posición es ideal para personas responsables, confiables y orientadas a los detalles, que disfruten trabajar de manera independiente durante horarios nocturnos y que se sientan cómodas gestionando aspectos logísticos, control de suministros y coordinación de equipos.
¡Contratación Urgente! – $20 por horaResponsabilidades:
- Realizar limpieza profunda de estudios boutique de fitness, incluyendo equipos, pisos, espejos, baños, áreas de recepción y espacios de venta al público.
- Tomar fotografías antes y después de la limpieza en cada ubicación y cargarlas a través de una aplicación móvil al inicio y al final de cada turno.
- Seguir una lista de verificación detallada en inglés y español para garantizar la calidad, consistencia y cumplimiento de los estándares en todas las instalaciones.
- Registrar la entrada y salida en cada ubicación mediante una aplicación móvil.
- Mantener el inventario de productos y suministros de limpieza, y solicitar reposición cuando sea necesario.
- Supervisar la asistencia del personal de limpieza y coordinar cobertura de reemplazo para la misma noche cuando se requiera.

- Calificaciones
- Experiencia previa en limpieza comercial o de estudios de fitness.
- Gran atención al detalle y compromiso constante con la calidad.
- Capacidad para utilizar aplicaciones móviles para registro de asistencia, carga de fotografías y reportes.
- Transporte personal confiable para desplazarse entre las ubicaciones asignadas durante la ruta nocturna.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de 4 a 5 noches por semana.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y responsable, con mínima supervisión directa.
- Ser bilingüe (inglés y español) es una ventaja.
