Fulfillment Associate

Salary: USD39520 - USD39520 per year Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate for a rewarding opportunity in Florida. The Fulfillment Associate will play a key role in ensuring the timely movement of products through the picking, packing, and shipping processes at the Holiday, FL fulfillment center. This is an exciting chance to join a dedicated team and contribute to efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Packages basic orders and prepares them for shipping. Verifies part specifications to ensure accuracy. Responsible for picking orders and kitting packages. Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects collected goods. Accurately inputs data into the inventory system. Verifies and updates the computer inventory system when materials are ready for shipment. Notifies the supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions. Maintains tidiness and organization of the warehouse. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to convert between units of measurements. Strong reading and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports. Education/Certification High school diploma or equivalent required. Warehouse experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Use carts, dollies, and other gear to move items around.
