Pediatric Speech Pathology - Cambridge, MN

This flexible position offers both full-time and part-time options, working across one or two school sites. Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs
• Pediatric and school-based experience is a plus but not required
• Effective communicator with a passion for working in diverse educational settings
• Willingness to collaborate and support students at all stages of development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services for students with varied communication needs
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communication with families
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student success
• Serve as a resource on communication disorders for staff and caretakers
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to school initiatives
