Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000/annually Works Closely With : Growth Marketing, Brand/Creative, Operations, Regional Managers, and Gym Managers Location: Remote in MD, MA, NY, PA, SC, or TX, with travel to markets as needed. About the Role The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on, versatile role that blends design, retail marketing, and day-to-day marketing operations . You'll create visual content that represents the CRG brand, support merchandising and retail initiatives across our gyms, and help keep the marketing team's daily workflow running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who loves design work, enjoys variety, and wants to see their work show up in gyms, on shelves, and online. What You'll Do Design Design marketing materials including social graphics, email templates, in-gym signage, flyers, and promotional assets Maintain and apply CRG's brand guidelines consistently across all locations and channels Support the creation of seasonal campaigns, event promotions, and location-specific marketing pieces Retail Marketing Assist with retail merchandising strategy for CRG's pro shops, including product displays, signage, and promotional materials Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on retail orders and audits Help track and support retail promotions and product launches across locations Complete monthly retail inventory reporting and work with gyms to identify and correct inventory discrepancies Day-to-Day Marketing Support Provide general marketing support across projects, including website updates, content coordination, and campaign logistics Help manage marketing requests from the 29 CRG locations, prioritizing and organizing work as it comes in Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, file organization, and project tracking Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, from email campaigns to event materials What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, design, or retail marketing role (internships count!) Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva; interest in learning and applying new AI tools Strong eye for visual design, layout, and brand consistency Comfort juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills A collaborative, can-do attitude - happy to jump in wherever help is needed Bonus: experience with retail merchandising, WordPress, Mailchimp, or social media content creation Bonus: an interest in climbing, fitness, or outdoor recreation Why CRG Be part of a growing company See your creative work come to life in real gyms, real retail spaces, and real campaigns Work alongside a small, collaborative marketing team where your contributions are visible and valued #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Rock Gym
