We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support the users of our proprietary scheduling and client management platform. In this role, you'll onboard new users, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure our agents and internal teams get the most from the platform. What You'll Do- Lead onboarding and training for new agents and users of our SaaS platform.
- Guide customers through account setup, scheduling configurations, and platform best practices.
- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical and user issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Help users optimize appointment scheduling workflows and system configurations.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by providing proactive guidance and ongoing support.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the user experience.
- Create and maintain training materials, knowledge base articles, and process documentation.
Required
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, SaaS, or Software Implementation.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
- Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or scheduling software.
- Familiarity with integrations, workflow automation, or APIs.
- Experience supporting users in healthcare, insurance, or other service-based industries.
