We are searching for an experienced accountant that has worked in a mid to large size company with corporate experience. You'll need to be a great communicator and possess the knowledge to get the job done. You will represent Prisma every day with a positive attitude. Job Responsibilities:Complete complex reconciliationsAssist with month-end close processGenerate and record journal entriesWork with A/P on issues of weekly vendor checksReview A/P backup documentation for signatureDaily Bank ReconciliationAssist in AR CollectionsDaily Cash ApplicationAssist with annual auditMaintain Fixed AssetsStreamline accounting processes and proceduresOther duties as assigned.QualificationsJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting requiredA minimum of 5-8+ years' experience in accounting is required in a mid to large size companyA high proficiency in Excel, including working with and troubleshooting macros requiredExperience with accounting software systemsMust have good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsMust possess a high attention to detail and be a proven multi-taskerDetail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable.Legal stuff Prisma is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
