This contract opportunity—working onsite for 34 hours per week from September through October—offers the chance to provide essential services while covering an FMLA leave. Desired Skills and Credentials:

• Hold an active Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License or be eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• PEL (Professional Educator License) and ASHA Certification required (will consider Clinical Fellows)
• Demonstrated expertise in managing pediatric caseloads, especially working with preschool-aged children
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with both staff and families
• Comfortable working onsite within a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for preschool students
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy tailored to each child’s developmental needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to integrate communication goals into the classroom environment
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Provide insights and recommendations during multidisciplinary team meetings
