PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical Therapist PositionThis is a 13-week contract position.Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM; Friday: 8 AM - 2 PMThe Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
