Role Overview We are looking for a Senior VC Associate to join our US investment team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth across North America. This is a high-exposure, cross-functional role combining sourcing, investment execution, fundraising support, portfolio management, and ecosystem development. Beyond the investment role, this is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to establishing and shaping Founders Future’s long-term presence and footprint in the US market. You will help build our platform, our brand, and our transatlantic ecosystem from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing & Origination: Identify, source, and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities across key US markets (SF NYC, Austin…); develop a strong network with founders, VCs, angels, accelerators, operators, and universities. Investment Analysis & Execution: Conduct in-depth due diligence, financial modeling (P&L, cap table, unit economics), competitive analysis, and full investment memo preparation. Fundraising Support: Actively participate in the fundraising process for US and global funds by engaging LPs (family offices, fund of funds, institutional investors) and supporting investor relations activities. Portfolio Support: Work closely with portfolio founders on strategic initiatives, fundraising preparation, go-to-market, and talent acquisition. Ecosystem Development: Represent Founders Future at industry events, organize founder communities, and establish strategic partnerships with universities, corporates, and ecosystem partners. Thematic Research: Conduct ongoing research on AI, Fintech, and Healthcare sectors to identify emerging trends, market shifts, and long-term investment theses. Candidate Profile 3–5 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or tech/startups. Deep interest in early-stage technology investing with strong market knowledge across AI, Fintech, SAAS or Healthcare. Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to assess business models, financials, and competitive positioning. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners. Entrepreneurial, autonomous, resourceful, and hands‑on mindset. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Full professional fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus but not required. Prior exposure or network in San Francisco, New York or Austin strongly preferred.
