Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: Only licensed physical therapists will be considered for the position.

We are looking for experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in the Detroit area and other nearby locations. This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient’s home, NOT typical home health. The role focuses on helping others, addressing clinician burnout, and delivering care through technology, community, and fair compensation.

Job Responsibilities and Benefits

Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in the Detroit area (and nearby locations)
Utilize Luna’s tools for documentation, safety, patient matching, and care delivery
Deliver care while maintaining safety and professional standards

Job Requirements

State-specific PT license
Reliable personal transportation for home visits outside city centers
1+ year of experience
Liability insurance
CPR/BLS
