Job Description PLEASE NOTE: Only licensed physical therapists will be considered for the position. We are looking for experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in the Detroit area and other nearby locations. This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient’s home, NOT typical home health. The role focuses on helping others, addressing clinician burnout, and delivering care through technology, community, and fair compensation.
