Luxury Method, a division of CoWorx Staffing, is seeking a passionate and driven Brand Ambassador to represent LILIS Skin Care in Oak Brook, IL. Lilis is a Korean-inspired skincare brand dedicated to delivering innovative, results-driven skincare solutions. As a key member of our growing team, you will have the opportunity to educate customers, build brand awareness, and drive sales through personalized skincare consultations and engaging in-store experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Confidently and authentically communicate the brand story, product benefits, and skincare philosophy.
• Educate retail staff and customers on key ingredients, product usage, and skincare routines.
• Drive sales through personalized consultations, product recommendations, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to increase brand awareness and support sell-through.
• Meet and exceed established sales goals while working independently in the field.
• Manage and execute a schedule across multiple store locations as needed.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
• Comfortable performing mini skincare consultations and demonstrations on the sales floor.
• Submit detailed visit recaps, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays remain visually appealing and well-stocked.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous retail experience, preferably within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance.
• Esthetician license or hands-on skincare knowledge strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with skincare trends, ingredients, and routines.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and build customer loyalty.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate and inspire customers.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned locations.
