Licensed Pharmacy TechnicianPrescription Processing:Accurately fill prescriptions using vials or blister packsMeasure medication dosages per prescription ordersUnderstand and comply with labeling and regulatory requirementsHandle incoming and outgoing calls professionallyRedirect clinical inquiries to pharmacists as neededTroubleshoot delivery issues with patients, couriers, and healthcare providersCustomer Interaction & Compliance:Verify patient information (DOB, address, insurance, etc.)Ensure HIPAA-compliant communication and documentationCoordinate with pharmacists for patient consultationsDelivery & Documentation:Confirm deliveries and follow protocols with internal and external couriersReconcile delivery batches in pharmacy systemsOrganize and file paperwork per policy and legal standardsInventory & Facility Maintenance:Monitor and restock essential supplies (vials, labels, printer paper, etc.)Support inventory tracking and expired product checksHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (including public and staff areas)Qualifications:Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyTeam-oriented with a customer-first attitudeWillingness to assist with special projects as neededWe Offer:Competitive Pay: $19–$22/hour based on certification401(k) with matchingHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings & Flexible Spending AccountsPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysLife InsuranceA collaborative, mission-driven teamOpportunities to grow and develop within the companyLocation:Ward Road Pharmacy – 6590 Holman St, Arvada, CO 80004Schedule:Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMReady to Make a Difference?
