We are seeking a licensed therapist (Psy.D, Ph.D, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join our team in New York City. This is a W2 position. What we're looking for Active, clear license in New York Psy.D/Ph.D or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent Must be proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities We are not accepting any LP applications at this time Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting, performing 45-60 min sessions Interest in being part of a clinical community Clinical Leadership Thriving Center is led by practicing therapists. The decisions about how this practice runs are made by people who understand the clinical work firsthand. Alex Alvarado, Psy.D. Founder & CEO, and licensed clinical psychologist specializing in phobias and PTSD, known for his work with exposure-based treatment. Douglas Polster, Ph.D. Chief Operating Officer, licensed clinical psychologist, and sports neuropsychologist specializing in the treatment of prolonged post-concussion symptoms. Chelsea Humphrey, LMFT Director of Operations, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples and multi-cultural work, and a healthcare operations executive with more than a decade of experience. Compensation Salary range: $80,000 - $126,000 per year, depending on license. Opportunity for a yearly bonus. For LMFT and LMHC candidates without Diagnostic Privilege credentials, salary may be lower.
