Onsite Property Maintenance Technician

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Scottsdale, AZ to perform technical maintenance ensuring buildings and grounds meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete make-ready tasks for new move-ins. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
