Administrative Assistant

MPS Group, Inc., is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Mercedes Benz US International facility located in Vance, AL. This individual will have strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Enter and maintain data in various spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Perform scheduling and calendar coordination for team members and field operations.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence (phone and email).
• Create and update reports and tracking logs as needed.
• Support general office and administrative functions as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year related administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three years of administrative experience.
