Essential Job Functions Groom terrain for skiing and riding Responsible for consistentgrooming, creatingclean lines on theslopes and effectively cleaningup pattern discrepancies that result in crooked lines and/or turn marks Ability to maintain grooming standardsincluding at night on uneven terrain andin adverse weather conditions Perform general maintenance of thesnowcatsand informs mechanics of any issues Must pass ASC and Colorado snowmobile test(as required) Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent required Experience operating heavy equipment including on uneven terrain and at night preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to communicate, follow oral and written directions in English Ability to ski or ride at an intermediate levelpreferred Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals Ability to remain focused, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented Follows all safety policies and procedures and exercises caution when working Additional Information Workenvironment and physical demands Ability toreach, crouch, kneel,stand, bendorbe on your feetfor extended periods of time Regularly work in wet, cold, hot conditions requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elementsand may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces Must be able tofrequencylift, push or pullup to50 lbs. individually or with assistance This position is classified as a seasonal full-time position eligible for the following benefits: Enrollment dates differ across the various programs.
