Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and a collaborative Salesforce team to translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Job Description Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud Define both functional and technical solutions to address business challenges Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce capabilities Work closely with a Salesforce team of 7–10 members to deliver high-quality solutions Conduct testing of new features and functionality to ensure alignment with business needs Document system changes, processes, and user requirements clearly and thoroughly Provide recommendations for system improvements, new procedures, or organizational changes Confer with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption Support day-to-day system enhancements and troubleshooting Shift: 8am - 5 pm M - F

Skills Required 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience with requirements documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement Charlotte-based role with primarily in-office work Opportunity for partial remote work after initial training period Strong stakeholder management and communication Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Collaborative mindset with a solutions-driven approach Education High school diploma required Pay Rate $50 - $63 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
