Cobalt Equipment is looking for a Resident Experience Associate to help bring energy and connection to our brand-new Haskell, TX community. If you love people, enjoy planning fun activities, and want to make a real difference in someone's day, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
• Keep the recreation room stocked and ready to go • Help plan and run events, tournaments, and themed meals • Be a friendly face residents can turn to with questions or concerns • Support Housekeeping and Maintenance in keeping common areas guest-ready
What We're Looking For
• A friendly, people-first attitude • Strong communication skills and a team mindset • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment • A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help
What We Offer
• $20.00-$22.00/hr., overtime eligible • On-site housing provided at no cost while assigned to the community • Meals provided through the camp dining facility • A front-row seat to an exciting new project, built from the ground up
