Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and achieve sales performance targets, KPIs, and financial objectives in assigned territory
• Develop and execute call plans with pre-call objectives and post-call evaluations to improve sales effectiveness
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships by understanding needs and creating win-win solutions
• Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease state, customer landscape, and product expertise
• Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to maximize brand performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or 5+ years industry experience with 3+ years in pharmaceutical/health sector
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge with strong business acumen
• Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales with solid presentation skills
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior and build collaborative partnerships
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• HCIR credentialing eligibility including immunization requirements and state-specific licenses
• Demonstrated leadership capability and experience managing increased responsibility
