Residential Construction Technician

Harbor Home Solutions is a growing residential construction and home improvement company serving Jacksonville and surrounding communities. We specialize in fencing, gutters, blinds, home renovations, property maintenance, and exterior improvements.
We're looking for a dependable, motivated Residential Construction Technician to join our team and help deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Install fencing, gutters, blinds, and perform home repairs and renovations
- Complete pressure washing, lawn maintenance, and property upkeep
- Handle jobsite cleanup, organization, and material transport
- Inspect and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Keep warehouse, shop, trucks, and trailers clean and organized
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate daily logs in company software
What You Bring
Required:
- Valid driver's license with 5-year clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate vehicles, tools, and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred:
- 1+ year of construction experience
- Experience with fencing, gutters, home renovations, or property maintenance
- Familiarity with Housecall Pro or similar field service software
