Furnace Operator – Columbia, TN Great work environment with opportunities to learn and grow for a fast growing road supply company in MT Pleasant. Weekly pay: Great Hire On Benefits. Shift Information Swing Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM ($16.00 per hour) Swing Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($18.00 per hour) Schedule: Work 4 days on, 4 days off. Raise schedule: Go to $18.00 an hour once hired on full time. Key Responsibilities Locate and manage furnace materials efficiently Operate all furnace equipment safely and effectively Document key production data and communicate with your supervisor Monitor material levels and coordinate with team members Report production information promptly to prevent issues Follow all safety procedures and requirements Maintain consistent production levels and product quality Keep work area clean and organized Be reliable, punctual, and dependable Job Requirements Ability to read, write, and multitask efficiently run a furnace Able to lift up to 50 pounds Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills Team player with good communication abilities Dress Code Long pants, Long Sleeve Shirt and steel toes (PPE provided) No prior experience or education required – training provided!
