How You Will Make a Difference Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise the day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need to Make a Difference Possess an active RN license in your state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Customer‑service oriented with an ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and simultaneously maintain multiple projects while meeting high quality standards. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Shift & Compensation Full‑time night shift (6 PM – 6 AM) with competitive wages – base rate depending on experience plus shift differential. Earn up to $47.50 per hour.
