FREQUENT: Physical: lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling 500 to 1500 pounds walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting Equipment Operation: scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, and intercom pallet jack, highboy cart, box cutter, tongs, steamer, slicer, wrapper, knives, roaster, chicken fryer, chicken hot case, pizza oven, coffee pot, cleaning utensils Mental: judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math Environmental exposure to hot and cold temperatures, hot equipment and cooking oil OCCASIONAL: Physical: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., crawling **FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift. **OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
