Loss Prevention & Customer Safety Specialist

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Specialist in Portland, OR, to provide safety and security for customers and associates while minimizing theft and fraud. The Specialist will engage customers, perform inspections, and work closely with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and relevant experience.
